Helping Paws Animal Shelter 2500 Harding Lane, Woodstock, IL, United StatesNow is the time to pre-order delicious pies/desserts and have them just in time for Thanksgiving (and you can even freeze them to use later too!). The pies and other desserts are supplied by the famous Elegant Farmer (pie-in-a-bag) in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Each pie/dessert is $19 each and $6 from every pie will be donated to Helping Paws. Halloween Photos at Nature’s Feed

So come out with your dogs and family, dressed up or not, to take some fun pictures and check out store specials. Pictures will be sent electronically. Donations are encouraged and all the proceeds will benefit the animals at Helping Paws.
Holiday Wreath Sale

All wreaths and greenery are hand-crafted by military veterans and supplied by Pioneer Valley Farm, Ottawa, IL. No chemicals are used and no trees were killed to make these products. Panting for Paws 5K and 1 Mile Family Run/Walk

This fun event is for runners and walkers of all ages who want to help the animals. Panting for Paws starts off with a 1 Mile Family Run and then the 5K (just 3.1 miles) along a scenic, crushed limestone path at Lippold Park. This race is CARA certified. After you run or walk, grab some coffee or hot chocolate and snacks donated by local businesses, visit with some of our sponsors and vendors, and see some of our wonderful dogs available for adoption.
