The third annual Have a Heart for Paws campaign was a success with $746.04 being raised for Helping Paws. During the month of February, several local businesses took donations for Helping Paws where donors wrote their name(s) on a paw print which was then displayed at the local business. 100% of the donations will go towards the feeding and care of the homeless animals at Helping Paws Animal Shelter.

“We are so grateful for the support of everyone who donated during this fun campaign,” said Ravelle Schwab, a Director at Helping Paws. “The shelter depends on the generosity and donations of those in the community, including the businesses that support us.” A total of eight businesses stepped up and showed their support of Helping Paws, including: Camp Bow Wow, Charlie’s Doghouse, Julie Ann’s Frozen Custard, Nature’s Balance Acupuncture, Nature’s Feed, Studio 2015, Thomas’ Tails, and Uptown Salon.
