Art for the Paws is a community outreach project and fundraiser to help raise awareness for the arts while benefiting Helping Paws Animal Shelter. This fundraising event is two-fold. Starting in January we are looking for people of all ages and abilities who would like to create some art on our 6” x 6” canvases and donate it for our auction. Canvases are available for a $5 donation and are due back by the end of February.Find out more

The Paws in the Park Walk & Pet Fest is our exciting family, pet-friendly event where you can bring your dog(s) and enjoy a day of fun at Emricson Park in Woodstock! Come out and enjoy a fun-filled day with many vendors, food, walk around a nature path, games and prizes, pet blessing, raffles, and more! You’ll also get a chance to meet a few of our shelter dogs that are available for adoption.Find out more
Come to this FREE event if you love cats or want to know more about felines in general. There will be tours of the facility, seminars, raffles, refreshments and more. Goody bags will be given to the first 75 people.
